On arrival, our attentive receptionists will welcome you and make you comfortable in our patient lounge.

If you have brought any information from your referring dentist, the receptionist will request them at this point. You will be asked to complete a Registration and Medical History Form if you have not done so already.

During your first visit, your Specialist will undertake a comprehensive examination of your face, mouth and jaws, including the soft tissues inside and outside of your mouth. Your teeth, gums and bite will be carefully examined. Your Specialist will listen carefully to you to gain a better understanding of your needs and expectations with respect to the dental treatment outcomes that will be of most benefit to you. After examination and discussion, your Specialist will explain your situation thoroughly, provide some possible treatment alternatives and indicate what to do next.

A report detailing the important findings and discussion at you initial consultation will be sent to you, usually within 10 days and, with your permission, a copy will be sent to your referring dentist.
